Liquid Sun Rayz custom tanning by our certified, friendly, and professional staff includes EVERYTHING you need to take the stage! If we are not the backstage official tanner, we will provide you with a personal glaze kit as well.

Booking Policy

Once you have selected your appointment time on our scheduling system you will be required to make an immediate $50 deposit to secure this time slot and your appointment. If deposit is not made within 24 hours your appointment will be cancelled. When you arrive for your tanning appointment the remainder of the balance will be due when you check in. CASH is preferred.

Cancellation Policy

We issue NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. CREDITS (COUPON) will be issued towards future shows MINUS a $50 cancellation fee. Credits expire 1 year from the date of cancellation. Credits and appointment cannot be transferred to another person. No credits will be issued if an appointment is canceled less than 2 weeks prior to a show. What do you need to know about our tanning appointment?

Online appointment scheduling is a MUST. If you do not make an appointment and choose to "walk-in" you will be charged an additional $25.00 on top of the regular package pricing. This is to ensure that we have adequate staffing and product for each show. 

  • You will only need to select 1 appointment time. We will apply your initial tanning at this time and final tanning//touch ups before pre judging according to the touch up schedule assigned at your initial tanning appointments”. You will receive whatever is needed to get you stage ready!

  • We DO NOT take appointments for Saturday mornings. Walk up ONLY on a first come, first serve basis.
